Request Assistance

To be eligible to receive assistance, the individual must be a New Jersey resident and fall into one of the following groups:

• The individual has a family member with a new or chronic disability
• The individual has lost somebody close to them, from a tragic circumstance
• The individual is experiencing a significant health challenge

This organization is run mostly by volunteers, so please allow some time for your package to arrive although we will strive to send them out as quickly as possible.
